In Nairobi, there’s a problem: the people are hungry.

People are always hungry, but this time the population is especially vulnerable. Some 2.3 million Kenyans are food insecure, and they’re hungry. That’s one in five people.

We need to create jobs.

Right now, they’re finding work with the mobile money company M-Pesa, but that doesn’t feel very secure.

So, we need to make sure this country’s mobile money service is safe, secure and reliable — for the people who need it most.

We need to make sure the M-Pesa service is available, that it’s scalable, easy to use, and that it’s reliable.

We need to make sure it’s robust and secure — because we’re all worried about being hacked.

We need to have a secure and reliable service.

This is a problem that is impacting a large number of Kenyans — even more than they thought

About one in two children in the world today will not have food in the house at the end of the day.

Most of that food loss happens when women have no time to cook for their husbands.

The women who care for children are often the ones who lose their time.

I had a chance to meet with a woman, who, like me, is a Kenyatta University graduate, and a mother of five children.

She has a job as a teacher, but many of her students are also food insecure. She told me, “I’m just trying to feed my family, but teachers aren’t paid enough.” Then, she went on to say, “I’m just trying to educate my children, pay our bills and pay our mortgage.
